So, it's a four way limp pot, John Chan has flopped the stone cold nizzuts on a board of Qs 8s 9d. He is first to act and he checks. The 8d comes on the turn. Chan has JdTd, so he's now picked up a flush draw. Now, he doesn't know this, obviously, but Dwan has the nut diamond draw. CHAN CHECKS AGAIN! It once again checks through and a blank hits the river. CHAN CHECKS AGAIN. It checks through and all he makes are the pre-flopped limped money. He busts from the tourney a couple of hands later and in his "out the door" interview complains that he just didn't get any hands. I scoff and say "no, it's cause you suck." Although internet sensation Something Durr Dwan, was more gracious and just calls Chan's play "tricky." Am I wrong here or did Chan screw the pooch on that hand?

There were so many people in that pot that he was hoping someone would hit something, anything, but no one did. He bets, everyone folds anyway. Who is looking him up there?
Dwan, who is likely going allin on the turn.
what's dwan have?
oh, just saw, nut flush draw...
Chan played this beyond horribly.
I didn't like the way Chan played the whole episode.
Sure, he won a Main Event by checking the nuts, but that trick doesn't work every time.
OMG, thank you. That is the funniest thing ever. I am laughing hysterically, tears rolling down my face. And no, I didn't read the post because I was warned! Wooo!
